TERMS & CONDITIONS

At the point of booking a £300 non refundable deposit must be paid.
Final payment must be received prior to any images being released.
We will confirm 1 month prior to the Wedding date your venue, times, final details, payment options and all addresses required.
Travel rates are worked out at £0.50 per mile and any longer than a 3 hr journey will require a stopover at £50 per night

Refunds

Should the wedding not go ahead due to any reason outside of Steven Bailey Photography’s control then final payment will not be required. The only exception to this is if the cancellation occurs within 180 days of the wedding date, then the agreed total will be required. Any cancellation must be submitted via our online cancellation form which can be received via email. Until receipt of the form cancellations will not be valid.

Any credit or debit cards information is not stored by Steven Bailey Photography
The information that we collect is only relevant to your wedding booking. This data is as the following - name, addresses, venue, times of wedding. This information is not shared with any 3rd party company and is only used for the agreed usage of Steven Bailey Photography.

If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Steven Bailey Photography collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the website, browser choice, IP addresses, the times you access our website. We use this information to improve the quality and level of our service we give to our customers

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise the website content and advertising. If you don’t wish to receive marketing communications from us, please email us and we will remove you from any list.
By agreeing to book with Steven Bailey Photography you agree the images may be used for marketing purposes unless prior notice is given in writing by you.

Steven Bailey Photography will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties.

Steven Bailey Photography is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption.

All wedding albums, prints and artwork ordered prior to the wedding, must be completed within 3 months after the wedding date. All albums, prints and artwork are proofed and agreed by the client and confirmation must be received in email prior to printing. Any mistakes noticed after agreement to print has been received are not the responsibility of Steven Bailey Photography. Any changes wishing to occur after going to print are to be paid for by the customer and are not the responsibility of Steven Bailey Photography.
Any agreed rate for albums, prints and artwork may be subject to change should the order completion exceed 3 months from date of wedding.

All images are backed up prior to being sent out. Steven Bailey Photography reserve the right to be able to use any image for marketing purposes unless prior written agreement. Images will only be stored for a maximum of 6 months after the wedding date.
